2015-2016 Season

“Rejoicing in the Spring” -  Schubert Mass No. 2 in G Major


Our Spring 2016 concerts were held on Saturday, May 21 at Camp Hill United Methodist Church and
Sunday, May 22 at CrossPoint United Methodist Church.

The theme for our spring concerts was “Rejoicing in the Spring” and included songs by John Rutter, Haydn, Bach, Brahms, Faure. Interwoven in the first half of the concert were Movements from the Korngold Violin Concerto featuring Gregory Glessner, violin and Daniel Glessner, piano. The second half of the concert featured the Schubert Mass No. 2 in G Major.

"A Harrisburg Christmas"

December 19 and 20, 2015

The first Christmas concert presented by The Sylvan Chorale, "A Harrisburg Christmas" featured a wide variety of classic holiday selections performed by the group. In addition, an original piece written by Conductor Joseph Smith titled, A Harrisburg Christmas, debuted at the concert. View a video of our performance on this page.
